Coloque as conquilhas de molho em água e sal durante 2 horas, para largarem a areia.&lt;br /&gt;. Coloque no copo 800 g de água, as conquilhas no cesto e programe 15 Min/ Varoma/ Vel 4&lt;br /&gt;. Retire as conquilhas das conchas, coe a água e reserve. Reservando algumas conquilhas para enfeitar.&lt;br /&gt;. Coloque no copo a cebola e pique 6 Seg/ vel 5.&lt;br /&gt;. Junte o azeite e programe 7 Min/100°/vel 1&lt;br /&gt;. Acrescente a água reservada de cozer as conquilhas até completar 1600 g, tempere de sal e programe 10 Min/Varoma/ vel 1.&lt;br /&gt;. Junte o arroz e programe 10 Min/ 100°/ Velocidade de colher inversa, Programe mais 5 minutos â mesma temperatura e velocidade, com a Bimby em funcionamento junte as gemas previamente desfeitas com o sumo de limão.&lt;br /&gt;. A receita é da minha amiga Luar apenas acrescentei a erva doce e coloquei ovos de codorniz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;25 gr Fermento de padeiro&lt;br /&gt;1,5 dl leite&lt;br /&gt;450 gr farinha&lt;br /&gt;80 gr manteiga&lt;br /&gt;80 gr açucar&lt;br /&gt;Raspa de 1 limão&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de café canela em pó&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de café de erva doce&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;1 ovo para pincelar&lt;br /&gt;8 ovos coderniz previamente cozidos e descascados&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deitar o leite e o fermento na bimby e programar 1 minuto, temperatura 50º, velocidade 2.&lt;br /&gt;Juntar os restantes ingredientes e programar 5 minutos, velocidade espiga.&lt;br /&gt;Deixar levedar até atingir o dobro do tamanho.&lt;br /&gt;Retira-se um pouco de massa, e forma-se uma bola reservando a restante. Transfere-se para um tabuleiro untado e polvilhado com farinha. Deixa-se levedar 10 minutos. Pincela-se com parte do ovo batido e em cima dispoem-seo ovo de codorniz e a massa reservada, moldada em 2 rolos. Deixar levedar até atingir o dobro do tamanho. Pincelar com o restante ovo e levar a cozer a 190º, durante 35 minutos mais ou menos. Programar 1 minuto, temperatura 37º, velocidade 3.&lt;br /&gt;Juntar as gemas e a levedura, misturar uns segundos na velocidade 2.&lt;br /&gt;Incorporar a farinha e misturar 15 segundos, velocidade 6, e de seguida programar 1 minuto velocidade Espiga.&lt;br /&gt;Tirar do copo, verter a massa numa tigela, se possível de plástico, tapar com película transparente e deixar de repouso até dobrar o volume.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparar e armar a coroa:&lt;br /&gt;Uma vez dobrado o volume dispor a massa numa bancada entre dois plásticos. Formar um rectângulo com a ajuda de um rolo.&lt;br /&gt;Retirar o plástico superior. Pintar a massa com manteiga derretida.&lt;br /&gt;Cobrir a massa com o recheio. Colocar um pouco de sal e pimenta, juntar a carne cortada em pedaços e programar 2ominutos temperatura 100º e velocidade  colher inversa. Retirar a carne, deixar arrefecer um pouco e desfie-a.&lt;br /&gt;Descasque e lave as batata, as cenouras e o nabo e cortar tudo em cubinhos. Lave os alhos franceses e corte-os em rodelas finas. Deite estes legumes para o copo com o caldo da cozedura, junte também o azeite e a carne desfiada, se necessário acrescentar um pouco de água e rectifique os temperos. Programar 15 minutos temperatura 100ºvelocidade colher inversa.&lt;br /&gt;Junte então a massa e mantenha na mesma velocidade e temperatura durante mais 12 minutos. Adicione a cebola e os restantes dentes de alho passe a espátula e programe 5 segundos na velocidade 5. Junte o restante azeite e programe a 100oC, durante 3 minutos, na velocidade colher.
